📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive hospitality strategies tailored to the unique needs of luxury hotels, resorts, and dining establishments in Bangka Belitung.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Create and manage budgets for hospitality projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with a proven track record of success in strategic consulting or project management.
• Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of hospitality management software, such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, is a plus.
