As a Customer Service Crew, you'll be the face of BreadTalk, ensuring our guests feel valued and well-taken care of. Your daily tasks will include greeting customers, assisting with orders, handling payments, and providing excellent customer support. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be quick on your feet and able to multitask effectively.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle payments and provide change as needed
- Ensure food and beverage items are served promptly and correctly
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive guest experience
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using POS systems
- Familiarity with food and beverage service is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
