📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain patient medical records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Support clinical staff by providing timely and accurate patient information.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and local Indonesian laws.
• Use Epic Systems and other healthcare software to manage and analyze patient data.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless integration of patient records into clinical workflows.
• Train and support junior staff on data management best practices.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes.
• Assist in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to healthcare standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical records management.
• Certification in Health Information Management (HIM) or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Epic Systems and other healthcare software.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and local Indonesian laws.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
