📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and mixing drinks using our signature recipes and industry-standard tools like shakers, strainers, and jiggers.
• Learn to operate our point-of-sale system and inventory management software to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in daily tasks such as cleaning and maintaining our bar equipment and tools.
• Develop a strong understanding of our menu and customer preferences through observation and feedback.
• Assist in training new hires and supporting our team during peak hours.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your skills.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a well-organized and efficient bar operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a bar or restaurant setting, or a strong passion for mixology.
• Familiarity with basic cocktail techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time during the internship period.
