In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring our products meet their specific needs. You will work closely with our engineering and technical teams to provide expert advice and support, and you will have the autonomy to develop and implement your own sales strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial equipment sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
• Provide expert advice and support to clients on pumps, blowers, and aquaculture equipment
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure product quality and performance
• Manage and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build relationships

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, with a focus on pumps, blowers, or aquaculture equipment
• Strong understanding of the industrial equipment market and industry trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
