📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in managing the import process, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance
• Coordinate with cargo agents, airlines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth cargo flow
• Monitor and track cargo movements using SAP and Air Cargo Operations Software
• Prepare and process customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Bill of Lading
• Assist in resolving cargo-related issues and queries from customers
• Work closely with the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cargo information
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills
• Contribute to the team's efforts in achieving operational targets and improving service quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in air freight import operations or a similar role
• Familiarity with SAP, Air Cargo Operations Software, and IATA's CargoXML
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and cargo handling best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Valid IATA license or willingness to obtain one
