📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Lead the accounting team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high standards of financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial accounting and financial management.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
