📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for industrial automation projects using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications to guide manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical designs meet project requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
• Optimize mechanical designs to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process enhancements and operational excellence.
• Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their technical skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and engineering, with a focus on industrial automation.
• Proficient in using SolidWorks and AutoCAD for mechanical design and drafting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
