In this role, you will be responsible for visiting and prospecting potential clients, presenting our products, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 2.500.000 - Rp 3.500.000 per month. The ideal candidate will be based in Jakarta Utara and will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit and prospect potential clients in Jakarta Utara, focusing on hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
Present and demonstrate Goi Clean's homecare products to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or issues promptly.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
Submit regular sales reports and follow up on leads to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the homecare or hospitality industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and HORECA sector.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Enthusiasm for the homecare industry and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
