📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to optimize project performance and efficiency.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure adherence to project objectives and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings to identify and address any issues or risks.
• Leverage project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools to track project progress and performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, performance, and key milestones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• A bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in delivering high-profile residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
