📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences, ensuring their needs are met.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and decorators, to secure the best deals.
• Manage event logistics, including guest lists, invitations, and on-site coordination.
• Create and present detailed proposals and contracts to clients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, with a focus on weddings and corporate events.
• Proven track record of successful event execution and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative and innovative thinking to deliver unique and memorable events.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
