📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop appropriate training solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training programs into the overall business strategy.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply new skills in their work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
