📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.,Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth leasing transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities and transactions.,Assist in the marketing and promotion of available properties to attract potential tenants.,Stay informed about local leasing laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.,Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Attend to any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Native or fluent Spanish speaker.,Proven experience as a Leasing Coordinator or similar role in the real estate or property management industry.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
