Puskesmas Vera Motor is looking for a dedicated Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering excellent service to our patients and staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in quality assurance activities.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
