We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Engineer to join our External Manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record in subcontractor management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency in manufacturing processes.,Develop and implement strategies to improve subcontractor performance and compliance.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of subcontractor operations.,Monitor and report on subcontractor performance metrics and KPIs.,Resolve issues and conflicts between subcontractors and internal teams.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing and subcontractor management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in subcontractor management.,Proven track record of successfully managing subcontractors and improving manufacturing processes.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP and MES systems is a plus.
