📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze and document business requirements for the Regional Cards Platform.
  • Design and develop business process models and workflows.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather requirements.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation.
  • Support the implementation of the Regional Cards Platform.
  • Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.
  • Provide business analysis support to the project team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on IT projects.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial services and payment systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
