📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge for the sales team.,Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.,Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to help them achieve their targets.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team to identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Collaborate with the sales management team to align training programs with business objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Provide feedback and support to sales representatives to help them grow professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
