GLEAM Lestari is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and performance issues.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage HR documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Provide support during organizational changes and transitions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with remote work is a plus.
