In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design programs to address them.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall HR strategy.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and training software.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
