PT Maju Antar is looking for a Lead Senior Accountant to join our team in Makassar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and overseeing the work of accountants.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and analysis to the management to support decision-making.,Monitor and control internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Lead and mentor junior accountants to ensure they are developing their skills and knowledge.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with the last 5 years in a senior or managerial role.,Proven experience in managing accounting departments and teams.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
