📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits and appointments.,Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments with healthcare providers.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Assist in managing the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software, including word processing and database management.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and policies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.
