Bloom Code Unggul is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Machine Operator to join our team in Taman Sari. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing machine operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation and a passion for continuous improvement and team leadership.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily machine operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Monitor machine performance and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior machine operators on best practices and safety procedures.,Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on machines to prevent downtime.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and productivity.,Report on machine performance and production metrics to management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing machine operations.,Strong knowledge of machine maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and lead by example.,Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.,Experience with CNC or other advanced machinery is a plus.,Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.
