In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Identify training needs and design appropriate training programs.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless integration of learning and development initiatives.,Report on the progress and impact of learning and development programs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant HR tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
