Bit Up Corporindo is looking for a dedicated and friendly Waiter to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome.,Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Assist with table setup and cleanup.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Uphold company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Waiter or similar role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-office and remote).
