As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and other HR-related reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
