PT Maritim Sri is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Mempawah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and initiatives.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
