📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
- Assist the HR Director in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support the HR Director in managing employee benefits and compensation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
- Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
