📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.,Coordinate with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and teamwork skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with customer service and complaint handling.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
