📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Provide accurate and timely information about our products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with their fitness and wellness goals by recommending suitable programs and products
• Resolve customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer feedback and ensuring their needs are met
• Update and maintain our customer database and CRM system
• Assist with the organization and execution of our fitness and wellness events and workshops
• Promote our brand and products through friendly and professional interactions with customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness and wellness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
• Passion for fitness and wellness, and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar discipline) is a plus
