📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store,Managing and training store staff to maintain high service standards,Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to meet targets,Managing inventory levels and ordering stock as needed,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction,Conducting regular stock checks and audits,Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
