📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the recruitment process.,Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with ATS and applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
