📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable KIA vehicles.
• Present KIA’s latest models and features to potential buyers with confidence.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall performance and team success.
• Stay updated on market trends and KIA’s product offerings to provide informed advice.
• Utilize CRM systems like Salesforce or similar tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with KIA or similar brands.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Strong understanding of KIA vehicles, features, and market positioning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
